With Loaded for Christmas you can request account information by TXT or opt to receive TXT and email alerts automatically, so you can keep track of your savings.
Simply TXT the reference number of the service you require, leave a space then add the last 4 digits of your card number to 425 and you’ll automatically receive a reply. Please check your mobile number is registered on My Account.

You can choose to receive TXT and email alerts, for example a regular account balance. For a full list of TXT and email alerts go to My Account where you can register for these services.
There is a fee of 25 cents for each TXT we send. Your mobile operator will charge you for sending a TXT to 425, normally this will be around 20 cents. Email alerts are 5 cents for every email we send to you.

There are a range of online services to help you get the best from your Loaded for Christmas card. You can view recent transactions, check your savings balance, change your PIN, request TXT alerts and update your personal details.
It’s a good idea to register as soon as you get your card. When you log in for the first time you’ll be asked to enter your date of birth, card number and the CVV2 number (the last three digits of the number on the back of the card).
Then you’ll be prompted to change the password and enter a user code for future access.
You can also use our automated phone service to change your PIN, get your card balance and see your last 10 transactions plus any card authorisations. Just follow the voice prompts. The first time you use this service for the phone PIN number please use the day and month of your birthday e.g. 0208 (if 2nd of August).
