You can choose to close your Loaded for Christmas card at any time and the balance will be refunded, less any applicable fees.
Before closing your card, we recommend that you go online and print off a transaction history for your records. We will not be able to provide a paper statement for you.
You can request to have a card closed by downloading a closure form (PDF, 97 KB).
